1.The Purchasers acknowledge receipt of a copy of this Agreement.

第9条　（入会の手続き）
当スポーツクラブに入会を希望する場合は、所定の申し込み手続きを行い、当クラブの承認を得て、入会金・月会費を月末までに納入すると翌月の1日より個人会員となるものとします。但し、途中入会の場合は、規定会費を当クラブに納入すればその月の16日より個人会員となるものとします。
第10条　（会員証）
1. 当クラブは個人会員に対し会員証を発行いたします。
2. 個人会員が当スポーツクラブを利用する場合には必ず会員証を提出するものとします。
3. 会員証の貸与及び譲渡はできません。
